Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has the right to regret the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of access to the course. To exercise this right, the consumer must:

    • Send an email to contato@flint.me informing your decision to cancel the purchase.

    • Include the purchase details in the email, such as full name, email used for the purchase and order number.

  • Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

    • The refund request must be made within the period of 7 (seven) calendar days, as mentioned above.

    • Access to the course must not have been used. If the course has been accessed, a refund will not be granted, except in exceptional circumstances that will be analyzed by the support team.

  • After the refund request, the FLINT Consultoria, Treinamentos e Produções Artísticas S/S LTDA team will analyze the request and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) business days. The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The consumer may request to cancel their registration for an online course at any time, even after the cooling-off period. However, the following conditions apply:

    • If cancellation is requested before the start of the course, the consumer will be entitled to a full refund.

    • If cancellation is requested after the course has started, there will be no refund, but the consumer may request a credit to use on future courses offered by FLINT Consultoria, Treinamentos e Produções Artísticas S/S LTDA.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following situations:

    • When the consumer has already accessed the course content.

    • For courses that have been purchased with a promotional discount, where specific refund conditions have been previously informed.

  • For more information or to request a refund or cancellation, the consumer can contact our customer service team via email at contato@flint.me .

  • FLINT Consultoria, Treinamentos e Produções Artísticas S/S LTDA reserves the right to change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, with prior notice to consumers. Changes will come into effect from the date of publication on the website.

  • When purchasing an online course, the consumer declares that he/she has read, understood and agrees with the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy establishes the guidelines for requesting cancellation and refund of online courses offered by FLINT Consultoria, Treinamentos e Produções Artísticas S/S LTDA, in accordance with Brazilian legislation, especially the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
