1.1. By using Flint's services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract, or that you have the authorization of a legal guardian.
2.1. To purchase online courses, the user must register on the Flint platform, providing true, complete and up-to-date information.
2.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and access information, as well as for all activities carried out under his/her account.
3.1. Flint offers online courses in various areas of knowledge, as described on its website.
3.2. Courses may have different access modalities and deadlines, which will be informed in the description of each course.
4.1. Course prices are available on the Flint website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Payment can be made using different methods, as made available on the platform.
4.3. Payment confirmation is required to grant access to the course.
5.1. The user has the right to regret the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

6.1. All course content, including texts, images, videos and teaching materials, is the property of Flint or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. The user is not authorized to reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the courses without the express authorization of Flint.
7.1. Flint is not responsible for any technical problems that may prevent access to course content, as long as they are not due to platform failures.
7.2. The user is responsible for ensuring that he/she has the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the courses.
8.1. Flint reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, with prior notice to users. Changes will come into effect from the date of publication on the website.
9.1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the district of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") regulate the use of the services and products offered by FLINT Consultoria, Treinamentos e Produções Artísticas S/S LTDA, registered with the CNPJ under no. 17.168.207/0001-72, headquartered at Praia do Flamengo, no. 350, apt. 901, CEP 22210-065, Rio de Janeiro/RJ ("Flint"), including, but not limited to, the sale of online courses.
By accessing or using Flint’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the services.
